 I knew this stone wouldn't look like a real canary diamond. I did imagine it would look like a nice, semi-precious yellow stone, and it does. The color is lovely. I really bought it for the fun of it. I've never worn rings, except for my wedding and engagement rings, so this was a departure for me. I had read a review, before buying the ring, where a buyer said she wished half sizes were available. I agree. I have knobby knuckles so my ring size is a half size bigger than my finger size. With no half sizes I had to buy a ring a whole size bigger and it does spin on my finger, especially since the stone is large and heavy. One thing I would suggest, if you're not sure of your ring size go to a jeweler and use the sizing rings. I used the emitations sizing bar, printed out and used as described. I even measured the print-out to make sure it was the right length. I ended up ordering a ring two sizes too large and had to exchange it. I live in Ireland so with international shipping it took a long time (and I wanted the ring). Compliments to emitations for their great customer service, though. Ring sizes can be difficult to determine, so we do have a ring sizer kit available for purchase if you would like. Unfortunately most of our suppliers don't produce half sizes, so we are not able to offer them. Customers with half ring sizes are generally encouraged to buy the next ring size up, but you can always contact us to find out if a particular item tends to run big, small, or true to size.  I adore this ring - it's incredibly well crafted, it fits my plus size fingers, and it always starts a conversation! It isn't the most believable, but I buy fake diamonds because I love the big bling, so it doesn't bother me! - If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items in their original and unworn condition within 60 days for a refund or exchange.
