 I was supposed to get a 16 inch chain with this and NOT an 18 inch chain. I e'mailed their CS, and they did nothing about it. The necklace is cheap, but it looks worth $15. I received this necklace about 2 weeks ago, but never actually wore it out until last night. I'm a big fan of the "heart & key" pendants, and this one is quite cute.
PROS:
- The pave stones give a nice sparkle
- The design is compact
- I really like the back of the heart with the lattice design (it's a very nice aesthetic touch, while keeping the pendant comfortable to wear)
CONS:
- I have some doubts about the security of the stones, because some of them are set crooked
- The key is very cute, but it's a bit thin and bends easily, so you have to be careful it doesn't break off (this isn't a necklace for a day shopping and trying on clothes =P)
Nice piece, that's not my absolute favorite due to construction. Regardless, it's a good buy. I'd recommend grabbing a longer chain along with it. It looks nice both ways! Navy wife's present By andi from santee california on May 1, 2009
I love the necklace. I get complements on it and my husband who saw it and decided to get for me said that I have the key to his heart and especially while he is away. He is in the navy.
