 I bought these earrings for a black tie event I am attending on St. Patrick's Day. I love them and they would have earned five stars if it were not for the flimsy back that was on them. Because they are large, they flopped forward when I tried them. Fortunately, I have a number of earrings that had the wide, plastic backs. They held the earrings in place perfectly.

Return and Exchange Instructions:
1. Repack the item in the original packing materials and send it in a PROTECTIVE package.
2. Complete the Return/Exchange form.
3. Save a copy of the packing slip for your records.
4. Ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail, UPS, or Fedex. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. If your package is not insured and you do not have proof of shipment, we will not be able to issue refund for packages lost in transit.
