Shipping Rules and Regulations

• While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please expect a 24 to 48 hour period for order processing. Shipping occurs once payment is approved, the address is verified, and the item is prepared. If an item is not in stock, you'll be notified by phone & email.
  
  
• Free Canada 14 Day Shipping offer is applicable to orders over $75.00 after coupons and discounts have been applied.
  
  
• A signature will be required for delivery. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be present at the designated shipping address.
  
  
• If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
  
  
• Please note that we ONLY accept credit cards issued in the United States, United Kingdom (UK), Canada, and Australia. If you pay by credit card, we MUST be able to verify the transaction via our merchant bank. If there are any discrepancies, we reserve the right to require a PayPal payment instead.
  
  
• PLEASE NOTE: Effective immediately, all Canadian orders must have the same billing and shipping address. This policy is in place to ensure correct delivery and to protect our customers from fraud.
  
  
• The listed shipping fees do not include charges imposed by Canada's Customs Agency. The package recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties. Sometimes customs will charge a fee, and other times they will not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties please call the Canadian Customs Agency.

Tracking An Order

• USPS will provide a delivery confirmation. If you cannot locate your tracking information, please call us toll free at (800) 652-5002. A customer service representative will be happy to help you.
  
  
• Once a package has been shipped out per your order specifications, it is literally out of our hands and becomes the responsibility of USPS and Canada Post.
  
  
• Canadian orders are shipped out of the US via USPS and then turned over to your country's postal system. Shipping time is an estimate; package may arrive sooner or later than expected. There may be delays and/or fees due to your country's customs policies that we cannot anticipate. USPS tracking number will be provided upon shipment, but tracking number may not generate information at www.usps.com until package has been delivered.
  
  
• Status will only show as "Electronic Shipping Info Received" in the meantime. Notes will say "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on (shipment date) to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item." This is normal and means that the package is currently en route to you.
  
  
• If your package does not arrive as planned, please contact us for assistance! We are happy to help you locate the package if possible. If the package cannot be located, we will provide you with a replacement or refund once our standard procedure has been completed.
  

  This will require:

  1. Customer must complete and return (via postal mail, fax, or scanned email) a hand-signed affidavit of non-receipt (MANDATORY for all orders in which a replacement or refund is requested because the customer noted that the package was never received).
     
     
  2. By signing the aforementioned affidavit, customer agrees that they will immediately ship back the original package - and cover all costs of shipping the package back to us - if it is received after a replacement or refund has been issued.
     
     
  3. Emitations requires this form for our own protection, and as documentation to the shipping service so that we can file a claim.
     
     Postal fraud is a serious crime and Emitations is obligated to provide appropriate documentation when filing claims of packages that were not delivered as planned. Because we will provide a free replacement or refund upon receipt of this signed document, it is absolutely required in order to proceed. Please do NOT expect a replacement or refund if you are not willing and able to complete the required documentation.
