Just got this ring. I bought it for my anniversary as we are sending my son to college in the fall and i'd rather pay for that than a small authentic piece. I just love it! It is perfect. It is large so if you love big beautiful bling this is for you. I will wear it everyday. For as big as it is its profile is not too high so you don't catch it on everything. It is also very comfortable. Just love it !

ANSWER: The ring is beautiful. The stone is fairly large so you should probably go a size down if you suffer from swelling. The only suggestion I would make is to have a mild jewelry cleaner.
