 As much as I didn't want this to happen.... It did!!! A STONE FELL OUT!! I've only had ring a little over a month! Really pretty but listen to all the reviews... It WILL happen! :( Merchant Response:“We want you to love everything you buy, so please don't hesitate to let us know if you aren't 100% satisfied!
We sincerely apologize if you are displeased with the quality of your jewelry. If your jewelry arrives damaged or becomes damaged (ex: stone falls out, earring backing breaks, crooked prong, etc).

This ring is very pretty, Not too big but definatly big enough to make a statement. Its different from other rings with the black stone. This ring is beautiful! The size of the center stone is just perfect. I did a lot of research on Black Diamonds and found this exact ring for sale for over $3,000. To make sure none of the stones fall out I coated them with a small amount of clear nail polish to secure them. I do not expect them to go anywhere. Hope not because I love this ring! Return and Exchange Policy:
- If you have any questions about the status of your return or exchange or whether we have received your package, please call us at 1-800-652-5002 and a customer service representative will be happy to help you!
- If you need to return or exchange an item, please download the Emitations.com return form.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items in their original and unworn condition within 60 days for a refund or exchange. (Shipping and handling fees are not refunded; additional exchange or re-stocking fees may apply. Refunds are processed within 15 business days of receipt).
- Items noted as special order must be sent back within 5 days. Final sale and/or Final-Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return and Exchange Instructions:
1. Repack the item in the original packing materials and send it in a PROTECTIVE package.
2. Complete the Return/Exchange form.
3. Save a copy of the packing slip for your records.
4. Ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail, UPS, or Fedex. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. If your package is not insured and you do not have proof of shipment, we will not be able to issue refund for packages lost in transit.
