Wasn't overly excited about this bracelet but then again, I didn't get the more expensive model. It's OK for the price I paid.

its a shame its not real silver. de wolf charm is already turning a red color.
but i still love the bracelet.

I loved my bracelet my boyfriend bought it for me and i was so excited when i got it. after a few days the wolf started to change color. after about 3 more days after the wolf changed color the bracelet started to turn my wrist green. And finally i had had the bracelet for 2 weeks and the heart charm broke off it. i was so sad because this bracelet is not cheep and should not have done all that in 2 weeks time.

I am very impressed with the response and customer service that I received in regards to my issue regarding this bracelet. When I purchased the bracelet I did not pay attention to the fact that the bracelet was not sterling silver, that was my fault. If I would have realized that it was not sterling silver, I would have taken the necessary precautions to make sure the plating did not tarnish. Emitations offered an me an even exchange though it was an oversight on my part and no fault of the company. I am very satisfied with the response and have always received excellent customer service from Emitations. This bracelet is great for any fan!!! You will love the way it sparkles.
