4. Go to the My Account and login with your created User ID and password. Your discounted prices will only appear after you login.

What is Dropshipping?
Drop shipping is the shipping of merchandise from a supplier directly to a retailer's customer. This means that the retailer can ship to their customers directly from the suppliers' warehouses. This process minimizes risk because the retailer does not need to buy the product until it has sold. In a drop shipping arrangement, the retailer acts as a middleman between the manufacturer and the customer. Suppliers take care of the warehousing, packaging, and shipping of products, saving you a great deal of money.
How does dropshipping benefit you?
You can become a retailer without needing to invest large amounts of money.
You can start a business with very little risk.
You don't have to carry inventory or pay for inventory upfront. If the product doesn't sell, you never have to buy it.
You don't have to buy packaging materials and shipping labels, nor will you need a shipping account.
You don't have to manage product returns.
You purchase products at wholesale pricing and set your own retail prices.
What is the drop shipping process?
Find products from Emitations.com to sell from our online shop.
List those products on you web site or home party catalog (use the images and measurements on our site).
After the product sells collect the money from the buyer.
Place the product order through emitations.com after receiving payment from the buyer.
The difference between what the sale and the costs is the PROFIT to keep.
The product is shipped directly to the customer address you provide.
What do I need in order to be eligible for a drop ship account?
By registering with EMITATIONS.COM, you assert that you are a business, proprietor, or agent acting on behalf of an entity with legal status to resell product. You also assert that you will report and submit any retail sales tax with your governing tax authority. We require documentation as evidence of this such as: copy of your business Federal Tax ID, State Reseller's Tax Permit, or Business License
(click to see examples of each). We also require that all drop ship customers sign and fax a
credit card authorization form for our records. We will need a copy of the front and back of a government issued picture Identification (i.e. driver's license or passport).
What type of drop ship discount will I be given?
Once you have submitted all of your required business documents and your online application has been submitted and approved, your discount will be 50% off full retail prices.
How soon can I start ordering?
After you submit the required documentation and complete the online registration form, an Emitations.com representative must approve your account. This typically takes 2-3 business days after all documentation is received. You will need your login and password in order to access drop ship pricing.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
No.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Paypal. Select your payment option at check out.
Am I able to return or exchange Drop Ship items?
Our Drop Ship Return and Exchange Policy is as follows:
- The item must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt for a return, no exchanges allowed.
- The customer can return the item to you or to us, it is your choice
- If you prefer to have the customer return the item directly to us, the return address is:

- All Drop Ship returns are eligible for store credit only
- All Drop Ship returns are subject to a return processing and restocking fee of: $4.99 per order.
- The $4.99 fee will be deducted from your store credit balance.
How are the drop ship items packaged?
Emitations.com drop ship orders will be securely packaged without the Emitations.com branded boxes unless otherwise requested. If you would like our boxes, please note the following in the "COMMENTS" box field: "PLEASE INCLUDE EMITATIONS JEWELRY BOXES".
What information will be on the invoice that is sent to the customer?
We include a blank invoice with all Drop Ship orders. This does not include any Emitations information or pricing. Please email wholesale@emitations.com if you would like to include your own invoice.
I'm having trouble viewing the discounted Wholesale prices.
It's possible for this to happen. We suggest logging out of your account and logging back in. If you are still not able to view the prices, please contact customer service at 619-528-9100 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PST.
Do you have a printed version of your trade catalog with prices available to mail to me?
We do not offer a printed catalogue because our product selection changes every week with product availability and new arrivals. You may view our entire selection via our website. Drop ship prices will only be provided after you are approved for a drop ship account.
How long does it take for my drop ship order to be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours if all items are in stock. There may be delays if there are issues with product availability or payment information.

What if some of my items are not in stock at the time of my order?
We will ship out what is available immediately and you can keep the back-ordered items on reserve if you prefer. Our customer service team will contact you if any items are out of stock.
Where is the product being shipped from?

I haven't received my shipping confirmation with tracking number.
Our shipping confirmations come from info@emitations.com. It may be filtered into your spam folder, make sure you add "info@emitations.com" to your address book.
Do you sell drop ship internationally?

Do you allow exclusive distribution rights in certain territories or markets?

What currency are the prices in?
The prices are shown in US dollars, however, if you would like to see it in a different currency you may use the currency converter tool located at the top right corner of the website. Click "CHANGE CURRENCY" and select your preferred currency to see prices displayed in your currency. Please note that your drop ship order will always be charged in U.S. Dollars.
Are there pricing restrictions?
Yes, Emitations does require drop ship clients to price items at or above our current sale price. Unless we have set up a separate business agreement, you can not advertise our items for lower than we offer on our website. We also suggest these retails prices for maximum profitability.
Can I use Emitations images on my site?
Yes, we offer our product images in the feed we provide our Wholesale and Drop Ship customers. The one requirement we have is that you must either watermark the photo or credit Emitations for photography on your site disclaimer. You cannot alter the image in any way.
As a drop ship buyer, are my drop ship purchases eligible for reward points?
Yes. Drop Ship purchases are eligible for reward points. Once you have accumulated 2500 reward points, you can redeem those for a $100 gift card. Please contact wholesale@emitations.com if you have any additional questions regarding your reward points.
For delivery charges, can I request that you use my own Fedex or UPS account?
No, we do not allow drop ship customers to use their own shipping accounts.
How soon will the drop ship order be shipped out to my customer?
We understand that it is critical to have orders shipped out immediately. As long as the item is in stock and there are no shipping or payment delays we will get it out the door within 24 hours. A tracking number will be updated when you sign into your my account.
What if the drop ship price listed is more expensive than the retail sale price on Emitations.com?
If this happens, please contact us at 800-652-5002 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.
Can I sell Emitations.com products on Ebay, Amazon, Sears, or other sales channels?
We do permit our Drop Shippers to sell on other sales channels, however you must market the item under your brand name and not sell it for less than what we are offering it.
Do you supply the product data in an excel spreadsheet? How do you supply your images?
Once you sign into your Drop Ship Account, you will see a tab on the far right side titled, Product Feeds. You can use this to upload all of our items to your website.
How do you inform a Drop Shipper of inventory and how often do you do this?
The inventory is live on our site however, if you would like additional information, the Drop Shipper is able to contact their Drop Ship Account Representative, email Wholesale@emitations.com, or call 800-652-5002.
