 This necklace is great with casual and work attire. I've worn it once and have already gotten compliments:) It is a very unique looking necklace with the included cz's in the rope. I LOVE this neckace. I have it in the gold as well. They are great for going out. I love the them with a t-shirt and jeans. Also great to dress up a little black dress or black skirt and blouse. I do get many compliments on the piece, but should mention the lack of quality. Several times one of the rings holding the little chains together near the clasp has opened (its very easy to bend) and I've had to manually restring each chain and put it back together. The good side of the ring being so flimsy is that it is easy to bend back closed. This happens with even very gentle tugs on the necklace. Also, the buckle on the one I received is more silver than gunmetal as appears in the photo. I still like it, though!
