How it works:
1. Shop Emitations and make a list of the items you want to purchase. Your total order must be $75 or more and the entire order will be on Layaway.
*Promotional coupon codes may not be used in conjunction with the Layaway Program.
2. Simply call customer care at 1-800-652-5002 and ask to enroll in our easy Layaway Program. You will be assisted by our Layaway Specialist to walk you through the process.
3. The Layaway Specialist will manually place your order and help to divide your payment into either 2 or 3 easy payments.
Now you're on your way to obtaining your gorgeous jewelry.
NOTE: Each Layaway contract requires a $5.00 service fee.
Once our Emitations Layaway Specialist has set up the PayPal Layaway agreement with the customer, PayPal will systematically deduct each payment from the customer's payment method of choice. Layaway customers will receive email confirmation of their payment schedule. Payments will be made in installments, consult the Layaway specialist should you have any questions.
4. Once the Layaway order is placed, the customer may not make any changes to the order.
5. Once the final payment has been received in full, your jewelry will be on its way to your door
*Once payment is complete, orders will take 24-48 business hours to process. The order will ship to its destination depending on the shipping type chosen by the customer.
Cancellation:
Customers may cancel their Layaway order and will receive a refund of the amount paid to date minus service and cancellation fee. Partial order cancellations are not permitted. The $5 Layaway order service fee is non-refundable. All cancelled Layaway orders are subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
