| Item Code: X13-45307Three stones can carry symbolism of three words like love, unity and respect with love at 1.5 carats being the center, of course. The center asscher cut CZ of this classic ring is positioned between two approximately .3 carat CZs, also asscher cut. The ring has a 8-prong setting and made of sterling silver and rhodium electroplated for that platinum look.

I got my ring today and althoughe the style of it is beautiful. I think that it is overall too big to be believeable unless you already are an Escalade type of gal. When I first got this ring I was a little unsure about it because of the height as others have mentioned. I could see what they mean. I didn't wear it straight away because of that but when I did finally wear it I fell in love with it. I couldn't stop looking at it. I couldn't imagine why I didn't like it to begin with. I had firstly bought a 10mm asscher cut ring with 2 side trillian cuts which I also loved but when I started wearing this one I liked it even more than the other one. I've had many compliments on it as well. I recommend anyone buy this ring. The stones shine really well and I just rub mine with a jewellery cloth before I wear it each time. The original ring I wanted was a set called brooke in a size 12 but it was on backorder and I could not chance not having a ring for my wedding day!! So I got this ring instead and
the ring is absolutely gorgeous!!! And it fits perfectly and I am getting a ton of comments but........it is already starting to lose it coating on the outside bottom of the ring and working its way up the sides and I have only had it for a few weeks and I am not wearing it in the shower or when I do dishes ....I am so disappointed :( so now I dont know what to do...... We sincerely apologize if you are displeased with your purchase. This jewelry item is rhodium electroplated, which may account for the customer's concerns with the finish. Rhodium electroplating extends the life of sterling silver, and gives it a shine like platinum. Some people never experience any wearing down of the plating, but for others it can be a problem. We suggest that you clean your jewelry regularly, and remove it before sleeping, showering, or cleaning. Your individual skin chemistry will also affect how long the plating lasts - especially on rings and necklaces. Emitations does offer a 60 day return/exchange policy, so you can shop with confidence.
This customer was contacted and sent suggestions for some rings that rarely experience problems with plating wear. They are considering their options and will likely select an alternate ring for a no-fee exchange. If they want to keep the jewelry, they can have a local jeweler re-plate it for a nominal fee (determined by jeweler). But what you can not tell from the picture is how high the stones and setting sits up from the band of the ring. I would guess it is pretty close to just under a half inch. If that is the look you are trying to pull off than this is the ring for you. I didn't mind the big stones, but when you put a huge setting under those stones it makes it look so fake. Not the kind of ring to pull off for a real engagement ring. It was bought for me as a gift I don't have the heart to tell him how bad it is. I have secretly ordered, I hope a more realistic ring very similar to this one that I was going to swap out and hope he doesn't notice. Thank god most men aren't very observant. If believability is a priority, we suggest selecting jewelry with center stones that are 2 carats or less. Many of our stud earrings and solitaire necklaces fit this description. ALmost too real though, because it is so large. It gets looked at anywhere you go, and it's not always a nice look. I ended up telling as many people as I could that it was a fake.
