This Night at the Oscars 20 Carat Sapphire Colored Fancy CZ Necklace is a sure-fire way to make others blue - they'll be so sad not to have one of their own! The entire necklace is encrusted with glittering CZs in all shapes and sizes - everything from large round and pear cut stones, to mini pave set faux diamonds.
