General Review Writing Guidelines

Emitations wants your comments to be heard! The recommended length is 75 to 300 words.

What to include in your review:

• Your review should focus on the item's use, construction, appearance, organization and value.
• The best reviews discuss not only whether you liked or disliked the item, but also why.

What not to include in your review:

• Profanity, obscenities, or spiteful remarks.
• Single-sentence reviews. We want to know why you liked or disliked the item.
• Comments about availability, price, the order process, or shipping information.
• Submissions that do not follow our review guidelines will not be posted.
• Emitations owns the rights to all testimonials submitted.

A product review is not an appropriate place to criticize Emitations Web site or policies. If you'd like to tell us about a specific problem you encountered, please contact customer service. Any review in violation of the above guidelines will not be posted or may be edited for content.

All reviews are subject to approval process and therefore are not posted immediately. Our goal is to have approved reviews posted within 2 weeks. If Emitations believes your service inquiry or posting requires a response, we may contact you. Inquiries or comments regarding the discontinuation of any product. Please direct those to Customer Service. Please use this form only to submit product reviews. If you have a product question or require immediate assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team. Any concerns or comments regarding customer service can be addressed via our customer feedback email, which is sent out approximately 2 weeks after you receive your order. Your feedback helps us and our customers, so we welcome and post all positive and negative comments that adhere to the guidelines above!
