 I gave these to my daughter for Valentine's day. The earrings were beautiful, but they broke the 2nd time she wore them. The stem broke off the back of the earring. Merchant Response:We want you to love everything you buy, so please don't hesitate to let us know if you aren't 100% satisfied!

If your jewelry arrives damaged or becomes damaged (ex: stone falls out, earring backing breaks, crooked prong, etc) within 15 days of purchase we will happily offer you a replacement or refund. If you opt for a replacement, we will ship it promptly at no cost to you, as well as cover the cost to return the damaged item.

 These earrings are quite pretty but could have been better if the points of the stars were a little sharper and more distinct - more like the ones shown in the celebrity pics.  I like these earrings but if I had it to do over again I'm not sure I'd buy them. They look much nicer in the photos than in person. And the post is attached to the very top of one of the points. The posts were also a little bent and I've had a very hard time getting the backs on and off. I could see the post breaking eventually because the're attached to the very tip of the earring as opposed to the center, or even a little further in. They are pretty, so I'll keep them but I don't think they'll be the new favourites I was hoping they'd be.
