If your jewelry arrives damaged or becomes damaged (ex: stone falls out, earring backing breaks, crooked prong, etc) within 15 days of purchase we will happily offer you a replacement or refund. If you have this sort of problem, please contact us BEFORE sending the jewelry back or having it repaired, so we can determine the best way to help you.
This customer received a damaged item, and our normal procedure is to provide a replacement at no cost. This item is final sale, though, and we did not have any additional sets available in her size. Final sale items usually can't be returned or exchanged, but damaged or defective items are handled on a case by case basis. This customer was contacted and offered a return and full refund for this final sale item.
