 I have never ordered from Emitations, and probably won't do it again. I thought the earrings looked cheap and they were not well made. Merchant Response:"We want you to love everything you buy, so please don't hesitate to let us know if you aren't 100% satisfied!

 These earrings are just the right size and style. The fake diamonds are sparkly and caught the light in all of my pictures! I wore them to a wedding and almost (not quite) outshone the bride...  I got these for my bridesmaids here in NZ, paid international shipping. My bridesmaid tried hers on today (2 days before wedding) and the hook snapped right off & she certainly wasn't being rough. Very disappointing that I now have to buy more earrings or try and get those fixed. Very poor quality obviously. They are nice enough to look at although look better in the picture. If your jewelry arrives damaged or becomes damaged (ex: stone falls out, earring backing breaks, crooked prong, etc) within 15 days of purchase we will happily offer you a replacement or refund. If you have this sort of problem, please contact us BEFORE sending the jewelry back so we can determine the best way to help you.
This customer is located outside of the US, so unfortunately we were not able to provide her with a replacement in time for her wedding. We suggested that she return the jewelry for a full refund. We also refunded the cost of international shipping as compensation for the inconvenience.

 I bought these earrings and absolutely loved them, I got so many compliments, it was just so elegant. I was so dissapointed that I lost one, that is the only negative thing, they kept shifting up, if you buy this I recommend getting a back piece so they can stay in place.
