2. Click on the "Join Now!"
button and fill out the online application form. Submitting your application confirms your acceptance of our Wholesale terms of use.
3. If your account is approved, you will receive an email introduction to your assigned Wholesale account representative.
4. Go to the My Account and login with your created User ID and password. Your discounted prices will only appear after you login.

EMITATIONS.COM Wholesale Jewelry Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need in order to be eligible for a wholesale account?
By registering with EMITATIONS.COM, you assert that you are a business, proprietor, or agent acting on behalf of an entity with legal status to resell product. You also assert that you will report and submit any retail sales tax with your governing tax authority. We require documentation as evidence of this such as: copy of your business Federal Tax ID, State Reseller's Tax Permit, or Business License
(click to see examples of each). We also require that all wholesale customers sign and fax a
credit card authorization form for our records. We will need a copy of the front and back of a government issued picture Identification (i.e. driver's license or passport).
What type of wholesale discount will I be given?
Our wholesale discounts are tiered and based on annual purchase volume. This discount is taken off our regular retail price. We have 5 different discount levels based on your annual purchase volume. Once your annual purchases exceed one of these volume levels, we will upgrade your wholesale discount to the next level for all subsequent purchases in that given year. Once you sign up, we will provide you with details on the available discount levels.
How soon can I start ordering?
After you submit the required documentation and complete the online registration form, an Emitations.com representative must approve your account. This typically takes 2-3 business days after all documentation is received. You will need your login and password in order to access wholesale pricing.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
Yes. The purchase minimums depend on your wholesale level and discount. See table below.

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) Paypal, and bank wire transfers upon request. If you wish to pay via a bank wire transfer, please send an email to
wholesale@emitations.com. Otherwise, select your payment option at check out.
Are wholesale items eligible for returns / refunds in case I don't like them?
Wholesale orders are not eligible for a cash refund. We do offer exchanges within 10 days from date of receipt if the items are damaged or incorrect. Exchanges must be approved in advance by your account representative. Please contact your Wholesale Representative for this at 800-652-5002 or
wholesale@emitations.com.
How are the Wholesale items packaged?
Emitations.com Wholesale orders will be securely packaged without the Emitations.com branded boxes unless otherwise requested. If you would like our boxes, please note the following in the "COMMENTS" box field: "PLEASE INCLUDE EMITATIONS JEWELRY BOXES".
I'm having trouble viewing the discounted Wholesale prices.
It's possible for this to happen. We suggest logging out of your account and logging back in. If you are still not able to view the prices, please contact customer service at 619-528-9100 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PST.
Do you have a printed version of your trade catalog with prices available to mail to me?
We do not offer a printed catalogue because our product selection changes every week with product availability and new arrivals. You may view our entire selection via our website. Wholesale prices will only be provided after you are approved for a wholesale account.
How long does it take for my wholesale order to be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours. There may be delays if there are issues with product availability or payment information.
What are the shipping options?
**PLEASE NOTE: If your order weight is over 2 lbs, you may be subject to additional handling fees.

What if some of my items are not in stock at the time of my order?
We will ship out what is available immediately and you can keep the back-ordered items on reserve if you prefer. Our customer service team will contact you if any items are out of stock.

I haven't received my shipping confirmation with tracking number.
Our shipping confirmations come from info@emitations.com. It may be filtered into your spam folder, make sure you add "info@emitations.com" to your address book.
As a wholesale buyer, are my wholesale purchases eligible for reward points?
Yes. Wholesale purchases are eligible for reward points. Once you have accumulated 2500 reward points, you can redeem those for a $100 gift card. Please contact wholesale@emitations.com if you have any additional questions regarding your reward points.
Do you sell wholesale internationally?

Do you allow exclusive distribution rights in certain territories or markets?

What currency are the prices in?
The prices are shown in US dollars, however, if you would like to see it in a different currency you may use the currency converter tool located at the top right corner of the website. Click "CHANGE CURRENCY" and select your preferred currency to see prices displayed in your currency. Please note that your wholesale order will always be charged in U.S. Dollars.
Can I use Emitations images on my site?
Yes, we offer our product images in the feed we provide our Wholesale and Drop Ship customers. The one requirement we have is that you must either watermark the photo or credit Emitations for photography on your site disclaimer. You cannot alter the image in any way.
Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes, we do offer drop shipping. Our drop shipping program is slightly different than our wholesale program in that the discount levels are different, and we charge you the cost of shipping to your customers. Please see

For delivery charges, can I request that you use my own Fedex or UPS account?
No, we do not offer the option of using your own shipping account.
What if the wholesale price listed is more expensive than the retail sale price on Emitations.com?
If this happens, please contact your Wholesale Representative at 800-652-5002 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.
Can I sell Emitations.com products on Ebay?
No. We do not permit Wholesale Buyers to sell on Ebay. Wholesale clients shall only sell and promote Emitations products directly from their own website.
Can I receive samples of items before I place my first order?
If you have not placed your first order and met the minimum order amount, you can order any item you like at the regular price. Once you place your first order and have met the minimum order amount, we will credit the difference of your discount back to you.
