Estate ring bling alert! This vintage inspired accesory features a 4 carat, emerald cut CZ in a gorgeous canary hue. It is firmly nestled between 14k gold plated prongs, which extend down into vees on either side of the ring. The band is sterling silver, and encrusted with pave set clear CZs along the upper sides of the center stone. Zandra's ring is only for those who don't mind flaunting their fashion sense - it's hard to hide a sparkler like this one! NOTE: This ring is made from .925 sterling silver, NOT white gold. The prongs are made from 14k yellow gold, but the rest of the ring is silver.

I spent alot of time looking for a canary ring- was initially hesitant about this ring as "estate jewelry" is really not my style. But, I was amazed when I opened the box- it's gorgeous! I love it and can't stop looking at it!
I would recommend this item to a friend.

ANSWER: It is an asscher cut stone, but the ring is much larger than I'd anticipated so I have to be honest, I haven't worn it yet. It might be good for a holiday party when one wants a lot of bling but it's way too large to be believable in my opinion. by Melissa A 3/27/2012
