I bought this ring as a Christmas gift for my cousin who is a Twilight fan, and she really loved it. It's a very good replica and she recognized it immediately!
My one small complaint is the moonstone had a "cracked" look right down the center of the stone, which I personally didn't like. I assumed, though, that all the moonstones would vary a bit from the photo so I didn't think it was worth exchanging. My cousin didn't seem to notice or mind the "crack", but just FYI to those contemplating a purchase: your ring may not look exactly as it is pictured on the website. That said, it still is a great replica of Bella's ring! I ordered and received my ring in Feb, and I absolutely love it, but even though it is stamped 925, it turns my finger green. I only wear sterling silver and I have never had a problem with any of my other rings. For the price, I feel that the company could have at least made sure it was actually sterling silver. I just received my ring, and I love the way it looks! Her ring is oval and just like this one except the stone sticks out a little more on hers but the adjustable bans on the back is not even bad it's quite nice actually not candy machine looking at all. I love it though except I am confused and want to ask if the stone was to look cracked in the middle don't get me rwrong it's smooth and not chipped but instead of looking clear inside it looks like it's cracked inside. I was expecting more bang for my buck with the ring. I own another moonstone ring and the moonstone in the Bella ring does not have as much color as it could. Plus the ring is adjustable more like a candy machine ring in that sense. I could find a better quality ring somewhere else. Hands down, THE best replica of Bella's moonstone ring you could buy!By Randi from United States on January 14, 2011 I just received my ring, and am so excited to open it! I ordered it less than a week ago, so shipping was surprisingly quick!
The packaging is good and the product clearly well-protected —always a plus. It’s wrapped in the standard white plastic wrap. Inside is the ring itself (wrapped in its priority mail shipping box), my receipt, and a card from emitations—which asks for customer feedback and also tells me that my order was “carefully checked” by Emilie. So, thanks, Emilie! ;)
Now, to open the long-awaited box! Eee, it’s like Christmas all over again!
Once I open the well-sealed box, there is my ring, wrapped adorably in its little black box and tied with a silver cord, tucked amongst the packing peanuts.
Inside, is my ring, wrapped in a tiny clear bag. It fits perfectly, no adjustment needed--though it's nice to have anyway, so I can wear it on different fingers! :)
Closer inspection finds that the adjustable band—which everyone seems to not like—is very dainty and narrow. Not what I was expecting, but absolutely pleased by it! It’s very discreet, I like it. I don’t see why so many people seem to have a problem with it; not only can it be adjusted to fit any finger you would wish to wear it on, but it’s also very elegant! Not what you’d typically expect from a ring that’s adjustable!
The band is narrow and is split-shank, just like the real ring. Most rings I saw on the internet—before I stumbled onto this one—made the mistake of bringing the split-shanks too far down the band, or they were too narrow. This ring got it JUST right.
The bevel setting rises JUST the right amount. The moonstone itself is smooth and has the most gorgeous flashes of blue under the light! The moonstone is also the PERFECT size. Not too big (gaudy big, like I’d seen other rings) and not too small (pay a lot for a tiny moonstone? No thanks!) The moonstone in this ring seems to be right on the money, when comparing to Bella’s actual ring in the films; and it’s OVAL-shaped, at that! Most “replica” rings, again, make the biggest mistake in the moonstone, deciding on a round moonstone. No, no, my friends—the moonstone in Bella’s ring was oval-shaped! Thank you, emitations, for recognizing that! The moonstone lies ever-so-slightly flatter than Bella's does—hers rises up out of the bevel *slightly* more. But, for me, it’s not that big of a deal. The overall presentation of the ring is still miles ahead of any other replica I’ve seen.
Rarely do you find a piece of jewelry that you can wear—as a fan of a series—and feel that it descreetly represents your love and admiration as a fan. This piece, I feel, represents a deeper, more personal connection. It’s not blatant, or obvious. On the surface it’s just a beautiful piece of jewelry. But to a fan, it’s something they know, if they’ve seen the films enough. It’s something small and personal—just the right touch..
Overall, I am VERY pleased with the service (fast shipping, great packaging, reasonable price--though, being a college student myself, I know I would be wrong to say that all teens or young-adults can afford to splurge the $50 cost. But, I must admit, it was well worth the splurge!). I am overwhelmingly pleased with this ring. It looks, literally, as close as I could have ever hoped it would to the real ring in the films. I scoured the internet to find as close of a replica as possible, and this is beyond anything I thought I’d find! It’s SO perfect! I would recommend this ring in a heartbeat, to any fan who wants THE closest version of Bella’s moonstone ring that, I think, you could possibly find. Thank you so much, emitations! The irritation would only have begun once I wore the ring long enough for some of the plating to wear off.
Maybe you should check with the manufacturer. I have a feeling this ring is not made from solid sterling silver as advertised and some customers like myself who are allergic would probably like to know.

We contacted our suppliers regarding this ring, to make sure that they were made of the same materials that we thought. We learned that some sterling silver jewelry has a fine layer of copper between layers of sterling silver. This helps to even out the surface for the finish, and fills in any porous parts of the silver. The moonstone ring does not contain any nickel but it consists of .925 sterling silver (at least 92.5% silver) and .075 copper (up to 7.5% copper).

After I ordered it, I noticed the following day the price was raised, which was also kind of comical. This ring is no way near 40.99, maybe 15.99-25.99 at best with S&H. You're paying for the name, because they can. Do not buy into it. It's simple, and pretty, but not for that price...and trust me, I am a HUGE 925 jewelry fan! I'm almost kind of ashamed at how much I paid for it, and I usually have no guilt in spending high prices for quality jewelry.

OK, 2 things are wrong here, I paid thru papal and my address should automatically show up, and 2 if the address was incomplete why did they mail it if it was incomplete in the first place, without emailing me or contacting me to verify the address. Now to make me feel even worse, I spoke with a rep and she made me feel like it was all my fault and that she was doing me a favor by not recharging the shipping expenses.
The ring is beautiful, its exactly as what it looks like in the picture and since this rating is about the product i give it 4 stars only because it doesn't look ''exactly' like the one Bella wears, the difference i can see is the stone should rise higher from the setting and from a side angle you can tell the difference this ring is more flat. But hey that's why they call it emitation its as close as the real one can get. Pro's though, is its comfortable to wear, it seems durable and well made to wear it everyday, its real sterling silver so no green fingers should come out from this! and I love the fact its subtly adjustable since if I am planning on wearing it everyday in the morning my fingers are swollen so thank goodness it's adjustable the slight difference is very continent.
