Return and Exchange Form
If you need to make a return or an exchange, please download the Return/Exchange Form. The form is available as a PDF. PDF (Portable Document Format) files allow forms to be used and downloaded by clients internationally and from various computer platforms with a minimum of fuss and hassle.

Return and Exchange Instructions
- Repack the item in the original packing materials and send it in a PROTECTIVE package. We are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecure packaging. Important: some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund.
- Complete the Return slip that is provided with your package. It must be filled out in full, including your reason for the return or exchange and all other information necessary to process your refund promptly. (Note: Thre will be a $3.95 processing fee for same style items. This fee will be charged via credit card.)
- Save a copy of the pack slip for your records.
- To send your package, use the address on the included return slip and ship via postal mail. If you are shipping by your own UPS or Fedex account please call directly for a physical address at (800) 652-5002.
- Ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail, UPS, or Fedex. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. If your package is not insured and you do not have proof of shipment, we will not be able to issue refund for packages lost in transit.
- Credits to a credit card will be immediately applied upon processing to the original credit card, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
- If the item is a gift it is important that the order number be written on the Emitations.com return slip. As with any purchase, the gift recipient may exchange the item or elect to receive an Emitations.com gift certificate instead of a refund.
- Exchages received after 60 days will be handled on an individual, case-by-case basis and may result in additional fees. Please contact customer service at (800) 652-5002 for more information.

60 Day Money-Back Guarantee
We're confident that Emitations.com's fine and faux jewelry will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. However, if you aren't completely satisfied, we're pleased to offer a sixty(60) day return policy on all purchases.
No purchase at Emitations.com is complete until you're completely satisfied. You can return unsatisfactory items to us within sixty (60) days of the shipping date for the full purchase price, minus shipping and handling fees.
Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.
Special order items may only be returned within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please inspect your products carefully upon receipt and contact a representative immediately at (800) 652-5002 should you have any questions or need to return or exchange the item. In order to be accepted package must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt. Make sure to send by trackable/insured mail. Special order items may not be returned after 5 business days of receipt.
Clearance/Final Sale/Special Order
Any jewelry noted as final sale and/or clearance has been drastically reduced in price, and as such is not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be aware when purchasing that this is literally a final sale, and if you send back the jewelry for a return or exchange we must simply send the original purchase back to you. If your jewelry ARRIVES damaged, you must contact us in writing (send an email with your order number to info@emitations.com) within 5 days of receipt to review the return/exchange options available to you. If your jewelry BECOMES damaged past the 5 day deadline, you will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange.
Any jewelry noted as special order has a LIMITED return/exchange period. These items do not have our standard 60 day return/exchange period, rather, they must be postmarked for return/exchange within 5 days of you receiving the package. To expedite your request, please contact us in writing (send an email with your order number to info@emitations.com) and let us know that you will be returning a special order item. If the 5 day deadline has passed, please be aware that we must simply send the original item(s) directly back to you. Special order jewelry that is postmarked later than 5 days will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange.
Best Price Guarantee
If you purchase a piece of jewelry and it goes on sale within 14 days, Emitations.com will gladly issue a refund to your credit card. Here's how to make a Best Price Guarantee Claim.
Send an email to info@emitations.com with Best Price Guarantee in the subject header. Include the following information in your email.
- Your name
- Your order number
- The name of the product that is now on sale.
Once we receive your email, Emitations.com reserves up to 10 days to process the claim and, if appropriate, issue a refund. You will then be contacted via email with the details. Alternately, you may call customer service at (800) 652-5002 and place your claim over the phone.
Terms and Conditions - The product currently on sale must be the exact same style, make, and color as the one previously purchased. Email offers or special newsletter promotions do not qualify the item must be marked as on sale on the Emitations.com website. The Best Price Guarantee offer cannot be combined with any coupons or promotions. Not valid on Final Sale items. Policy subject to change without prior notice.
Refund Processing
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns and exchanges take approximately 15 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Please attempt to return every item with all of its original materials. Damaged or Defective Items - At Emitations.com we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, however, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective item please call us at (800) 652-5002 and a customer service representative will be happy to help you.
Tags on Jewelry and Watches
Please note that much of our special order jewelry and watches have an attached tag stating "Not Returnable If Removed." These tags are placed such that you are able to try on the
merchandise with the tag still attached.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item and would like to return it, you may do so within five days as long as the item's tag is still attached. Removal of the tag indicates that you have inspected and are pleased with the item. Emitations.com will not issue credit for an
item that is returned without the original jewelry tag still attached.
