Review Rules

We reserve the right not to post your review if it contains any of the following content or violates other internal guidelines:

• Obscenities, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
• Advertisements, "spam" content, or references to other products, offers, or web sites
• Reviews must be written in English
• Email addresses, first and last names, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses, or other forms of contact information
• Critical or spiteful comments about other product reviews or their author
• Specifics regarding pricing, promotions or other retail stores and web sites
• Inappropriate reviews will not be posted
• You must be at least 18 years of age to post a review
• You are reading other customer's comments and opinions. These statements are not necessarily facts, and not necessarily substantiated by Emitations.com.

All reviews are subject to approval process and therefore are not posted immediately. Our goal is to have approved reviews posted within 2 weeks. If Emitations believes your service inquiry or posting requires a response, we may contact you. Inquiries or comments regarding the discontinuation of any product. Please direct those to Customer Service. Please use this form only to submit product reviews. If you have a product question or require immediate assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team. Any concerns or comments regarding customer service can be addressed via our customer feedback email, which is sent out approximately 2 weeks after you receive your order. Your feedback helps us and our customers, so we welcome and post all positive and negative comments that adhere to the guidelines above!
