Gorgeous, Believable Sparkle

The books aren't great but this ring is! I've *always* loved an oval cut (it's my favorite), but I've never seen one this faceted-- there isn't an angle this ring doesn't sparkle from. The photographs really don't do this ring enough justice. And the 2 ct. size is absolutely perfect.
I actually had the clerk at Sephora grab my hand and say "Oh. My. God. That's gorgeous! Are you engaged?!"-- I'm not (and it was on my right hand), but I'll definitely keep this around for hits when I am :)

This ring looked so beautiful on the site that I had to have it. When it arrived, I was a little disappointed. It is very nice but on the small side and not as nice as in the picture on the site. It will be nice for everyday but nothing special in my opinion.

Beautiful stone!

The stone is gorgeous. It looks real, and sparkles like crazy. Perfect stone size. I would give it 5 stars, but the stone is not centered properly. The center of the stone is about 2 degrees off center to the left, i.e., the "point" is not centered between the 2 prongs (see photo). I would send it back to be fixed, but I would be afraid they would replace the ring with another one and I don't want to part with this stone! :)

QUESTION: How wide is the silver band, and can you fit a plain silver wedding band like the 4mm one you have on your site with it In other words, is the stone raised high enough to accommodate a wedding band? by None N 1/27/2012
ANSWER: Unfortunately, the configuration of the setting does not allow a wedding band to sit flush against the Sonia's Signity Engagement Ring. I don't know how wide the band is, but to me it's just the right width, not too wide or thin. It's a beautiful ring. by karen m 2/9/2012
STAFF ANSWER: Thank you for your inquiry. The band is about 1MM wide. While the ring can be paired with an eternity band, it will not sit perfectly flat next to the ring.
